Ribera
The Ribera is a dark grey slate that is strong and dense, but highly durable and easily workable. Ribera slate is a popular choice for roofing contractors, self-builders and architects.
The Ribera slate originates from one of the largest slate mines in the world. The mine has been operating and exporting worldwide since the 1960’s. Independent Slate Supplies have been trading with this mine for over two decades.
The Ribera is available as an ultra, prime or Eco.

- Having been put through the most stringent selection process, the Ribera comes selected in a ultra, prime and eco and tested to the British UKCA requirements.
- Full UK guarantee of up to 75 years for the Ribera Ultra slate and up to 50 years for the Ribera Prime. (The Ribera Eco does not come with a guarantee). All our natural slate products come with a declaration of performance.
